He is ethical and does not have a hard sell approach. He guided me through the process with the right level of detail each step of the way with constant communications via email. He was very responsive and also had his partner Colleen jump in when he was unavailable. I felt well taken care of by both with a more personal touch so everything went so smoothly. Much better than the sale of my other home out of state with a different realtor. I also received many recommendations for handy men, cleaners, and even what sunshades to purchase as I am new to AZ!
