Through our lifetime, we have bought several houses and worked with several realtors. None of our previous realtors has compared with Radek. Simply put, he is incredible. Probably the most impressive strength that Radek exhibited was his unrelenting and tireless pursuit of our needs and ensuring that our interests were represented. If we asked to see a house, Radek would show up on time with significant research already completed about the house and the area of town. Any questions we had were quickly answered and if Radek did not have the answer for a question, we quickly received an email with the answer. All the tasks that are the responsibility of the realtor were completed much quicker than we expected, Radek was very good at moving the buying process along at a reasonable pace. When negotiations were required, Radek provided excellent guidance on what items were important and which items could be disregarded. Though we worked almost 100% electronically (email and internet), for our elderly mothers whose houses Radek listed/sold, Radek worked completely with hard copy and personal visits for signatures.
During our buying process, Radek showed his incredibly deep knowledge of the home buying experience from showing us a house, to prequalifying, the offer process, inspections, counter offers, to closing. Radek had multiple contracting resources to choose from at every stage of the process so we did not need to do any searching of our own and required tasks were completed promptly. This greatly streamlined the process and we were ready to close with almost two weeks of cushion. Despite aggressively representing our wishes and pursuing our needs, Radek did not ever pressure us.
Radek is amazingly warm and caring and clearly holds his clients’ happiness and comfort in high regard. If you are looking for a home in Tucson, you could not find a better realtor than Radek and we recommend him highly.
