We only recently closed on our home in Tucson, but we have actually been working with Radek for a little over two years. We wanted to look at Tucson as a potential winter home location. A LGBT realtor friend in Austin TX referred us to Radek. In preparation for our first trip to Tucson, Radek provided us with a number of online links where we could gather information about Tucson, LGBT Tucson, and sites of interest to visit during our trips. Over the following two years he was very responsive to our questions and provided listings of homes on MLS that fit our desired features in a home. He made time to meet with us during each of our visits to Tucson even though we weren’t ready to buy. When we were ready to move to Tucson, he reached out to other Tierra Antigua agents to help us find a rental property. When we found homes we were interested in, he quickly arranged the showings. He was careful to not influence our decision, but he served as a sounding board as we commented on what we did or didn’t like about a home and as we compared potential homes. When we focused in on one house, he walked us through the process of offering and counter-offering, inspections, negotiating repairs with the sellers, etc. We’re very happy our Austin friend referred us to Radek, and we’re very grateful for all of his help since we first contacted him two years ago. We have already recommended him to several people resulting in two sales.
