Radek and I ran into a seller and/or listing agent that was not communicating since day one. Radek had gone above and beyond in getting this resolved. It really bothered him. What can I say about this wonderful young man. He was persistent, and fought for me. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his clients.
